Gemäss Art. 50 der KI-Verordnung (EU) 2024/1689 kennzeichnen wir alle KI-generierten Inhalte mittels:

• SynthID (digitales Wasserzeichen)
• C2PA Content Credentials (kryptographisch signierte Herkunftsnachweise)
• EXIF/XMP-Metadaten (maschinenlesbare Kennzeichnung)

Streitbeilegung

Die Europäische Kommission stellt eine Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung (OS) bereit: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Wir sind nicht bereit oder verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.
